What is Tai Chi?
Tai
Chi is a mind-body practice that originated in ancient China. It is
low-impact, weight-bearing, aerobic - yet relaxing exercise, involving
slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation. The meditation
is sometimes called "moving meditation".

About Ken Bell
Ken
began his personal journey to discover a greater sense of his
body/mind/spirit connection, while improving his overall state of
well-being. This process awakened him to share with others his passion
for anatomy and alternative modalities of exercise, nutrition and
health.
As a teacher of Yoga and Tai Chi with a BS in Exercise
Science, MS in Exercise Physiology and an MBA, Ken brings an in-depth
awareness to his clients and students based on a strong understanding of

What is Tai Chi?
Tai
Chi is a mind-body practice that originated in ancient China. It is
low-impact, weight-bearing, aerobic - yet relaxing exercise, involving
slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation. The meditation
is sometimes called "moving meditation".
Benefits of Tai Chi
Tai
Chi teaches inner strength,while toning muscles, increasing flexibility
and boosting immune power. It is also said to reduce stress, store up
energy and increase body awareness.
About Ken Bell
Ken
began his personal journey to discover a greater sense of his
body/mind/spirit connection, while improving his overall state of
well-being. This process awakened him to share with others his passion
for anatomy and alternative modalities of exercise, nutrition and
health.
As a teacher of Yoga and Tai Chi with a BS in Exercise
Science, MS in Exercise Physiology and an MBA, Ken brings an in-depth
awareness to his clients and students based on a strong understanding of
those disciplines.

raised (Ascended) to higher frequencies. Sometimes this is spontaneous and instant, other times it takes endurance, patience, and more inner work.
